New Construction – Design/Build Speculative Office/Warehouse Handsome Class A Industrial Buildings, each building 115,888 sq. ft. with shared truck court, boasting 32’ clear height, and ESFR fire sprinkler systems. Shaw Construction worked closely with developer and land seller on preliminary plans, budgeting, environmental and soil corrections, Grant & TIF funding support, municipal approvals, full design, and construction. Projects completed ahead of schedule and under budget.
