Nicolet Bank (formerly Charter Bank) needed to modernize the branch to make it more appealing to customers. They had previously worked with Shaw Construction at their Chanhassen, MN location.
Shaw Construction worked with the interior designer and architect to develop a scope of work, overall budget, and suitable schedule for the client.
To complete construction, the teller line and waiting area were demolished and replaced, including flooring, millwork, stonework, tile, mechanical, and electrical.
Solutions Required
Construction was scheduled in four phases, allowing it to remain open during typical hours. To complete high-traffic areas, a detailed schedule, hour-by-hour, around the clock, over a holiday weekend to ensure the work was complete before re-opening.
A schedule was mapped to accommodate the lead times and complete some work over a bank holiday.
