Emerson Shipping & Receiving Docks Renovation

LOCATION: Eden Prairie, MN

Industrial Remodeling - Shaw Construction worked closely with the facility management group to convert and update this 1960’s built shipping and receiving dock, providing stained and polished concrete floors, high-speed automated roll-up doors, CMU separation wall to create a dock vestibule, updating of mechanical and lighting systems to provide energy efficiencies, new dock restroom, recessed scale, relocation of paint booth and equipment, wall repairs, and ductwork cleaning. This project was completed in an actively used work environment, on a design/build basis.
