LOCATION: Fargo, ND

New Construction – Design/Build CATCO is a 42,000 SF truck, trailer, and fluid power maintenance and repair facility located in Fargo, ND. Building features include a 2,334 SF mezzanine for open offices; wash bays, and high pile storage. Shaw Construction worked with developer, owner, and the City of Fargo to deliver this building on a tight schedule, with construction commencing in the winter months and a completion and turnover of the following Spring. Shaw Construction worked closely with the owner to facilitate a smooth and quick transition of new and existing equipment from two existing buildings into this new facility with zero downtime.
