Emerson Rosemount Office Renovation

LOCATION: Chanhassen

Shaw Construction worked closely with the facility management group to renovate 25,000 sq. ft. of office and common areas, providing modern features to bathrooms, stairways, executive offices, conference rooms, and a new glass vestibule with security revolving doors. Shaw Construction managed the design, municipal approvals, and construction on a design/build basis. This project was completed with little down time in an actively used work environment, for Emerson Rosemount.
