LOCATION: Sioux Falls, SD

New Construction – Design/Build CATCO is a 24,000 SF truck, trailer, and fluid power maintenance and repair facility located in Sioux Falls, SD. Building features include a 1,600 SF mezzanine for open offices, wash bays, and high pile storage. Shaw Construction worked with developer, owner, and the City of Sioux Falls to deliver this building on a tight schedule, with construction commencing in the winter months and a completion and turnover of the following Spring. Shaw Construction worked closely with the owner to facilitate a smooth and quick transition of new and existing equipment from their existing building into this new facility with zero downtime.
